I Have My PC Back!!!

Well having come back from the police station I have got with memy PC and all my equipment, but there is some discouraging news but notdisastrous,

I have spoken with the TSI and they have informed me they wereissued a warrant to seize my entire hard drive for it to be destroyed due tothe illegal software on the hard drive,

I said that instead of it being destroyed why didn't they justdelete the stuff that I had distributed out over the Internet and I was toldthat law states that any illegal software (They are referring to the Wiisoftware found on the PC) found on any hard drive with the court's permissioncan be destroyed including the Hard Drive itself.

So basically everything that was on that fucking hard drive hasnow been destroyed,

But if Sony are reading this then you honestly think that's goingto stop me!!

FUCKING HELL NO!!!!

Do you actually think I have forgotten how to make the JB?

Of course not!

I've made it once and I'll certainly make it again,

You can sue me all you want but if you are I’ll make sure yourgoing have good reason to sue me by distributing my JB to every fucker whowants it on the Internet, (Yes Sony are suing me, I had a letter through thedoor later which I will kindly show everyone after I have finished this post)

I have got a new hard drive and am going to start work on the JBimmediately!!

Now guys I know this must be disheartening but I won't give up& I hope you don't give up on me,

I'll work my ass off to get this JB out as soon as possible,

PS3 4.10 Update

As you all show know by now Sony released there 4.10 update,

There aren't many changes but apparently there is a new browser and some minor bug fixes,

Anyway i would seriously recommend that you DO NOT update to this especially if you want to use my Jailbreak.

So what i suggest you do is bypass the update by using the LG5Tool
I have uploaded the LG5Tool here for EVERYONE to use : http://tinyurl.com/7a6xlbl its via rapidshare so no one should have any problems downloading it
Now read carefully guys as I'm only going to explain this once,
When you download the file SOME might flag up that its a virus on some sensitive anti virus soft wares, but if you know anything about things like this then you will know this isn't a virus, but because it is a hack that is why the Anti virus software will say it's a virus because you should know that most Anti virus software's think hacks are viruses when they are not so i don't want to hear anyone moaning saying its a virus because its not so if it does say it's a virus ignore it and allow the file to be used.
It includes instructions for the everyone including someone who is brand new to the PS3 So I've gone into detail on how to work it ok, Some may say that Sony greedy bastards might patch it, Well they could but I'm working on a more permanent solution as I'm at a friends using his computer (His computer is shit by the way not even in the same league as mine LOL, Sorry Adan Mate lol)

But fuck it I'm going to say it anyway, Once i get my equipment back I'm going to start work on the Jailbreak for the 4.10 for you all, I'm hoping it won't take long as there aren't many new things on the 4.10 update so HOPEFULLY should be pretty straight forward, Now I'm not releasing a ETA on this yet (but hopefully you won't have to wait long) so please don't nag but i will update you on this within the next 2 weeks max okay,

Some Good News & Bad News
Hey guys, I know i said I'd update my blog yesterday but it was such an exhausting day i really didn't have the strength to do anything to be honest as all of this is starting to get on top of me now but anyway as promised here is the current update:
So i went to see my solicitor yesterday and had a long chat with him before i had to report back to the Police Station for my bail, My solicitor has seen my blog So hey Eduardo i love you bro!!
He has advised me to close my blog down and stop everything, so basically leave the PS3 scene not because anything legal could result in me keeping it open but just advised i do close the blog down but i have kindly declined that which he isn't pleased with lol but is going to support me all the way anyway isn't that right Eduardo!!
So anyway when i got to the police station basically what happened was i showed up for my bail date and Eduardo had a talk with Officer in charge of my case and i asked when am i going to get my equipment back as i was told it would be back with 10 days as they cannot keep it for longer as there is no evidence that i released the jailbreak and because of that fact i am legally due my equipment back, the officer in charge contacted the TSI who are the ones who have my equipment and he was told that new evidence was found on my computer about other hacking software distributed and that he would be over to the station to question me, So i had to wait until he turned up (fat twat took forever!!) So when i went in questioning i was asked if i had released any other type of software i had released and when he asked that i knew exactly what he was talking about and that was me posting backup games and software for the Nintendo Wii so i had no choice but to admit it, So anyway i asked a few more questions and i answered them and to cut a long story short i was asked if i had any questions for him and i asked when i would get my equipment back and he told me i would be re-bailed pending further enquiries and that they had got a warrant to hold on to my equipment for a longer period of time, I asked another question which was what was going to happen to all my software that was on my computer, would it be destroyed along with my equipment and he said "The only software that would be removed from the computer would be the ones that they have evidence of that i released" So the good news for people who only give a shit about the Jailbreak and don't really give a crap about me is that Your Jailbreak is safe, They cannot delete it off my computer as they don't have and won't have any evidence that i have released it yet as i haven't.
So you don't have to worry about that.
Now i know there are still going to be the haters who say that I'm still telling lies which is draining as fighting against you guys when I'm fighting for you is a real kick in the teeth, So just to prove to the haters that i do not have my equipment then if you have ever had something taken from you by the police or TSI then you will know yourself that you have sign a confirmation to accept that the goods have been held by the TSI so for all you haters here is a copy of the confirmation sheet i scanned, obviously i have blanked a few things out as I'm not giving any of my personal details out so you can use it but everything is here for you to see:

So all the haters your still gonna hate and continue to fight against me even though i am the one fighting for you guys as well which is very annoying but anyway to the people who continue to support me and the fight I'm doing I'm not gonna give up, I'm gonna continue to fight for you guys and we will win,
Now I'm due to report back to the Police Station on 17th February 2012 so I'm hoping to get some more news then, and Eduardo is gonna continue to get updates for me and i will continue to update you guys as soon as i get the updates myself, So at the end of the day all is not lost, The TSI have no proof i released the Jailbreak and they won't find any proof as i haven't released it so because of that simple fact they cannot touch that on my computer so it's a matter of not if but when ok guys, Stay by my side and continue to fight as Sony the greedy bastards won't win this!! Someone Released a Fake CFW Using My Name, Ignore It!!!
A fake CFW in my name has been released! Well you have heard it first here guys that i can confirm that the one that some fool has released is not from me and someone is using my name to trick people,
You will all know when my JB is released as you will hear it here and on my twitter account so again i can confirm that if you come across a CFW that is called: MrJailbreakCFW.pup then it's not mine okay guys as you get a direct link of mine from me on a site i will tell you on my blog here!

I'm BACK!!!
Firstly guys I'd just like to sincerely apologise for any stress or for making people absolutely livid with me okay, It was never my intention to do that and if you could actually read everything i have to say as i am going to explain everything happened so you all know everything so if you could read it all then i would appreciate it.
Now as you all know i have been saying for weeks that i would be releasing my jailbreak for the PS3 4.00 this past Sunday for everyone,
Now on the contrary to what people might think i had every intention of releasing that Jailbreak on Sunday and that is no lie!!

What Happened On Sunday:
Now i went out Saturday night, messaged Anonymous Jailbreaker (who as i have read is not me we are not the same person but I'll get to that later on) to let him know everything was being prepared ready for tomorrow in regards to uploading the jailbreak to the forum i created ready for everyone to download, Had a tweet @ryanshaw22 at like 2am in the morning asking when it will be released and i replied using my phone as you will see i said in the morning, The next morning i went out to work and about 10am i had a phone call off my girlfriend saying the police were at the apartment with a search warrant, When i got home the Spanish police were still there along with the TSI, I asked why they were there and they said they have been informed that i was going to release a illegal pirated software which was against the law and that they had a warrant to search my premises and seize any goods in relation to the software, i asked what software they were talking about and he simply looked at me with a smile on his face (arrogant twat) and said i think you know what we are talking about and they said they would speak to me and question me down the police station & i was arrested in connection to distributing illegal software and taken down the police station, put in a cell until my solicitor arrived and they were ready to question me, My girlfriend said the TSI left about 15 minutes after i left to go down the police station, So i was questioned down the police station, Asked a lot of questions like where on the Internet was i intending to distribute it to, for example file sharing sites or a Private server etc, I was asked more questions like why did i open the website to which i replied a simple "to meet new people" I was asked more questions but I'm not going to go through every question as it is long enough as it is, So afterwards my solicitor found some more information and found out that a report/complaint was sent to Sony about me publicising that i was going to release a jailbreak which would allow users to play backups downloaded from the Internet and i would be distributing it from my website and apparently Sony had actually visited my site mrjailbreak619.co.cc and Sony had contacted TSI (For people in the UK this is the European equivalent of trading standards) to report it to them, the TSI had managed to get my ip address from the hosting service of my site and they obtained a warrant to search my premises and take any goods in relation to distributing the software and they also had a warrant to seize the website simple as that really, what i should of done is not go public about me releasing it at a certain date and just released it without saying anything but i wanted everyone to know that it wasn't all going to be doom and gloom on the PS3 scene, So I have cut out a lot of what happened as i don't particularly want to be typing all night as it will turn more into a novel than an explanation but I've tried to explain the main bits anyway and also to the person who sent the report in to Sony, Firstly let me say fuck you you stupid prick, you could of ruined it for the whole PS3 scene, i hope you are satisfied you fucking moron but your plan backfired!!!

Now some good news!!
I'm not going to go thoroughly in to it but i have been told that under Spanish laws apparently which i was told by my solicitor is that because i never actually released the firmware i cannot charge for distributing and that they can only charge me with basically creating the firmware which isn't half as bad and more good news is that i have been told that the TSI cannot hold my goods for more than 10 days!!
Now even though my solicitor doesn't advise it I WILL STILL RELEASE THE FIRMWARE WHEN I GET MY PC BACK, Why? & Why am i publicly saying I'm going to release it? It's simple i don't give a shit!! I believe that people have the right to do what they want in regards to things like this, The law changed in most countries when it came Jailbreaking iPhone's, iPads and iPods and i am not going to give up until the law changes and money grabbing bastards like Sony also can't do fuck all about Jailbreaking, So i will release the firmware and release it to a file sharing site and i will PM a few people i know i can trust from different countries the link and they can then spread the word, I will release more details in the coming days about this though okay and I will fight this and i will win, I will continue to work in the PS3 Scene, Now most of you might think the question " Why is he saying he is going to release it even though is still involved with the law?" Well the answer to that is simple, Even though my JB allows users to play backup games and also allows them to backup games themselves amoungst other things i am no way telling you to do it, you can do whatever you want with the JB and whatever you choose to do with it is your decision

Now guys i know you were all upset and you had every right to be but people calling me fake (Even though that is the wrong term to call me as i would be fake if i released the firmware and it didn't work hence the word fake!!) is something that doesn't bother me as i know I'm not and that just simply doesn't bother me but calling and saying personal things that does bother me as there is no need for it guys i have read some of the things and saying personal stuff about my family is not on guys i would never ever do that to anyone so please do not do it to me.
Also there are still going to be the people who say even this explanation is "fake" or whatever and my reply to you is simple i am not going to get into a war of words with you, you are entitled to your opinion but just wait and see as i will release my JB and i don't particularly give a shit if I'm called fake or not but before you do call me fake actually take a second to actually think about it, Why in the hell would i firstly take time to go and open a twitter account stating what day I'm going to release the JB, then open a damn blog with daily information, then go and pay money from my own pocket to by hosting and create a website, and also take time to create a video and do all that only to be a fake guy releasing nothing? Now some of you might say it was because i wanted my website to be popular, well that's wrong cause the website was about my Jailbreak and me releasing my Jailbreak in the first place, and since Kakarotoks is taking a break from the scene for a bit (Fully deserved in opinion as the dude is a legend) then i am the one of the very few developers around so instead of criticising me, work with me instead okay, I am fighting this for you guys!!
To the people who have supported me which include Anonymous Jailbreaker, on twitter such as: @LeGiiT_xFlaMeZ and everyone else and my blog like Selgo1000 who didn't give up on me and on a side note guys stop saying Anonymous Jailbreaker and myself are the same person cause we are not! Its that simple!

Current Status Of My Site:
Right guys as you all know earlier on my site crashed due to the high numbers accessing the site at one time and due to that my host that was hosting my site at the time basically said stuff this its to much to handle and pulled the plug on the site.
So what i ahd to do was upgrade my hosting to a bigger host which could handle higher volumes of traffic which is now what i have done,
So in that process was that i had to change the name servers from my old host to my new host (basically for anyone who doesn't know these things its basically point my domain name mrjailbreak619.co.cc from my old host to my new one)
Now it says that name servers MAY take up to 48 hours to update throughout the internet but everyone knows it only takes a couple of hours MAXIMUM, So what it means by throughout the internet is that all ip address' across the globe from different countries, So some may access the site in like 5-10 mins and some might take like 2-3 hours but it wont be any longer than that i can assure you, So there's no need to worry, Everything's in place and its a matter of letting nature take its course okay guys.

So don't panic i appreicate your patience in this matter but it's much better in the long haul and will stop this happening again!!

Well Well Well, No Need To Worry Guys:
Right as you know you all had the address to the new website,
Well when me and AnonymousJailbreaker (i was corrected by him lol) tweeted the address i never thought in a million years it would of had so many visits, as within about 5 mins we had over like 300 people, Which caused the host i was using to say stuff this and he pulled the plug, So what i have done is i have got a new host which is 100% better and more freaking reliable, So it won't happen again thats for sure, the reason i got the 1st host was cause i didn't expect that many numbers to hit the site straight away but it did, but now we are prepared and when the site goes backup which shouldn't be that long guys everything will be back to normal, So please just bare with me and everything will be back to normal shortly!!

To Clarify What I Mean About Registering On My Site:

I really cannot believe i have to do this as people should know anyway but i'll explain, I have been asked loads of times over the last 24 hours what did i mean when i said people will need to register on my new site and do you have to pay?

Well what i mean't by that is plain & simple: My site is going to be a forum, Now with every forum you have to sign up for it to chat and make posts, as the site is going to have a lot more uff than just the Jailbreak on it, It's alls going to have things like games section, Sports chat section and much more andto chat and make posts like any other site you need to register!!! Thats it!!!!

There is NO paying or donating its simply like any other forum you have to sign up to make posts and stuff, thats it plain and simple no tricks, no paying or donating NOTHING!!!

If you have signed up for a forum before then you will know exactly what to do and it takes literally 10 seconds!!

So i hope i have explained now, So there is no reason to be alarmed and now all the questions about this can stop!!

Right Guys Some Breaking News For You All!!

I've had a lot of people asking when my website is going to be up
Well my website is nearly complete, it would of been complete earlier on today but i had a little bit of a family emergency, I have a 96 year old grandmother and she had a bad fall so i had to drop everything to go see here, As you all know family comes first above anything, She's okay but just a little shaken up.
Anyway I'm back now and working as much as i can.
But i thought stuff it i might as well just end the suspense and let you guys know what day I'll be releasing the Jailbreak on,
Now there are little bits and pieces to put together as i want it to be completely bug free so no one complains Lol,

So i will be releasing the Jailbreak on Sunday (29.01.2012) Morning!!! That's right Sunday morning!!!
So when all you nice people wake up Sunday morning you will be able to rush to my website and download the Jailbreak straight away!!

Now how to get my Jailbreak?
There will be no damn surveys!!
There will be no needing to pay money to get the Jailbreak. There will be a little donation button but that will be simply to help if you can to help keep the site up and running, IT WILL NOT be compulsory and you will not have to do donate to get the Jailbreak!!
You won't have to post a certain amount of post's on my site to get the Jailbreak (Although you will need to just register to the site which takes like 10 seconds,)

So it will be simply registering on the site, and download the Jailbreak,

Now i have read that another website is releasing a Jailbreak this week (Transamgrafx) Well you all should know right now that those scum bags are going to try to steal my Jailbreak and say its there's well i have a plan put in to motion that if he does try to steal my Jailbreak i feel VERY sorry for his users who download it as they will be freaking furious with him with what happens.

And even if he does say its his everyone knows its mine, I am the only person who has said i will be releasing a Jailbreak this week until those knobs said they would so sounds a little suspicious that i say im going to release mine this week and then they go from saying there Jailbreak will be Jan 2012, then 1st Feb 2012, then sometime in Feb 2012 to this week!!

Well anyway back to the more exciting news.
I do apologise if Sunday is a little long for you to wait guys but i want it to be 100% working with no one saying that it has any bugs or doesn't work or anything like that ok and i am giving it away for free which i doubt any other site will do as they are doing it to make a buck, but me i'm doing it as i was asked and after doing the research i could see how DESPERATELY you guys wanted it so i thought i'd give you all a late Christmas present, So please be a little patient, It's only Sunday you have to wait until ok.
It will work on both the Phat and Slim PS3 as well.

Also i have read (Only a one place as it goes but i thought I'd better address it) things about people calling me fake and it does hurt a little especially when i was asked to do this and doing it in my own free time as i do have loads of other things i could be doing, but one thing i wont do is i will not get in to a war of words with you guys, It's a free world and your entitled to your opinion but i find the people who say your fake or criticise you are always the ones when you do what you said you were going to do are the ones who say things like i always said you were real or things like i never called you fake, So to all the people who do say I'm fake well as i said that your opinion your entitled to it especially as you might of lost all confidence in someone releasing a real Jailbreak when there have been so many fake ones released right, Well my only response to it is this: WAIT AND SEE!!!!!

Beware Of Fake Websites More Info Below:
I have been inundated with emails recently about certain sites and been asked by you to check them out as they claim to be releasing Jailbreaks for 4.00,
The biggest site i have been asked to investigate is: transamgrafx.com
Now if you didn't know this site was a scam then your completely dumb.
For the simple reason being that they claim to be releasing a Jailbreak, I've done the resarch on this site and found that they first started out claiming to have the 3.60 JB but never released it, but still asking people to donate to there site of $10.00 to get the JB, then they claimed to have the 3.72 & 3.73 JB but never had it and never released it, then they said they had the 4.00 Jailbreak, Now they posted videos on youtube claiming that it worked fine and stuff and that the jb was completed but never released it, They said originally that they would release it in January 2012, then they said they would release it on Feb 1st 2012, now its been changed again to "Sometime in February 2012" Now come on guys really?? Really?? You'd have to be a complete mug if you didn't know this was a scam, Ask anyone on that site have they EVER had a working Jailbreak come off that site, What they do is they steal other peoples Beta's & claim its there own, but what makes them even more dumb is that when you load up the CFW you can clearly see who made it and it is not them, So if you wanna pay $10.00 then thats fine but you might as well throw your money down the toilet at least it would be going through to a better cause!!
The owner whos Username is DaleEarnhardt but i have been told his real name is Charles Shaw is someone who is really gonna face Jail time soon, Not cause he claims to have a Jailbreak but cause he's taking money from people and giving them nothing in return, Now what i suggest is guys is that if you paid this moron by paypal then there is till hope of you getting your money back, Just make a claim to paypal, Explain that you have reported this guy for fraud and paypal will refund your money back.
I'll also show you a little proof someones posted about these scammers and here it is:

You'll see below a screenshot Now look at the ones with the arrows:

Now look at this screenshot a few hours later:

See how the comments which have arrows on them, have been deleted by the owner of the video, The questions which asks them to tell the truth, Now if they were a legit site then they wouldn't delete the questions and simply answer them but they deleted the comments when someone asked them why they keep changing the date of the release of the Jailbreak, They don't want people to know that people who are already on the site know they have been scammed!

Introduction Of Myself:
Hello
For anyone who doesn't know me I'm Mr Jailbreak 619.
I'm mostly known for my work with the Nintendo Wii Mods and Homebrews & also one of the very first people to know how to play backup games without the need of a disk for the Wii.
I then turned my attention to the iPhone and helped the staff at greenp0ison with there jailbreak, (Even helped with Absinthe.)

But after being nagged to join the PS3 scene i have finally done it and now i have turned my attention to helping the PS3 scene.

Now the purpose for my blog is to let you all know I'm getting along with MY new jailbreak for the PS3.

Jailbreak For PS3 4.00:
So i have already started work on a jailbreak for the PS3 4.00.
Now the trickiest part of the jailbreak was obviously decrypting the lv0 which i am glad to say i have accomplished.
Now i won't go into detail about how i did it but its done (due to people copying my method and doing it & taking credit for themselves) but for anyone who doesn't know and to put it in simple terms then the lv0 is the one that lets you play all the backup games on the PS3 which is basically what everyone wants from the jailbreak really.

Current progress:
I won't go into anything technical just the simple terms so you can understand where i am at the moment:
Well as i said i have decrypted the lv0 and basically just finishing up on a few little things that are left to be done, The jailbreak will of course have the Install Packages & will also back Backup Manager, and app_home/PS3/Game and much more as well which i know all of you guys wanted in the jailbreak.

How to get the Jailbreak & Release Date:
Now as i said above i only have a few things left to do on the jailbreak,
To get the jailbreak you won't need to fill in any damn surveys or anything like that as i hate those freaking surveys and if you didn't know then you'll be glad to know that anyone who asks you to do those surveys in & when you finish the survey you will get the 4.00 JB then what they are asking is for you do download a fake jailbreak as the reason they put them on survey sites is because for every survey that is filled out they receive money for it. You will be able to get the Jailbreak from my new site which i will be creating shortly.
I am pleased to announce that i will be releasing my Jailbreak/CFW..........THIS WEEK!!!
I will let you know what day i will be releasing my Jailbreak/CFW in due course but i can guarantee it will be this week.

Now i am willing to take questions but guys please do not keep going on about the exact day i will be releasing it this week as you will find out that soon enough so for know as i said above I'm just finishing off some stuff with the Jailbreak which is basically trying to cut out the little bugs,
I won't be releasing a BETA as i see no point seeming that i will be releasing my Official Release this week.
